In other words, mechanical things do fail. The good news is when you buy reputable equipment from us, the parts are usually easy to come by, and the equipment is serviced by knowledgeable people. When you purchase from us, we take our commitment to you seriously. Repairs are done in our shop, by factory trained techs.
We try our best to fix brands that we do not carry. Engine issues are usually easiest, except for the new Asian knockoff engines on various big box store equipment. We don't have parts for those engines period. But we will try to help as much as possible. When in doubt, call us, and let's see what you have.
