Timing

Now, we can't guarantee a 10 minute turn around time on everything. We work hard, but we don't walk on water-yet. (If we could, we probably would be somewhere else by now.)  All we ask is for some patience with the process.

We stock a tremendous amount of parts, which helps to speed your recovery. Our inventory is constantly managed to ensure we have the right parts at the right time. We remove antiquated parts through attrition, and watch for new trends for parts that we should be stocking but are not. Computers are a wonderful thing. For everything else, there's MasterCard.

Our techs can multi-task better than a three legged centipede, they are an amazing bunch. We try to avoid bottle necks as much as possible, but they may happen in the spring. This is why pre-season preparation is important on your part.
